Valerian root herbal remedy helps to sleep better and calms the central nervous system. A natural ally for insomnia. It also aids with digestion and heart dysrhythmias. 

Scientific experiments have proven that valerian affects the mechanisms of the neurotransmitters gamma-aminobutyric acid, adenosine, and serotonin, all of which are involved in sleep regulation. Contains iridoids, flavonoids, essential oil (including valerinol), valerian acid, etc. Tests carried out in Estonia show that 17% valerianol is found in our plants!

Valerian has been used for centuries, among other things, to ward off bad moods and to calm children in cases of excessive crying and hysteria. The scientific world has made it clear that the effect of valerian on the central nervous system is a fact, although our ancestors did not need the results of experiments to be convinced of this, just traditional wisdom and personal experience. There are publications that advise against the use of valerian in children under the age of 12, but there is really no scientific basis behind this claim. Most of the scientific articles, however, consider valerian's greatest advantage to be it's non-existent or very few side effects. The most important non-existent of these is the "hangover" associated with sleeping pills, which can unintentionally drag down the next day's productivity and joy. Valerian is a friendly sedative.

USAGE:
Take 1-10ml under the tongue for half an hour before going to bed. If you do not have experience, start with smaller doses, about 20 drops (1 pipette full) one time. The effect may not appear immediately, it is very individual and depends on lifestyle, digestion, psychological characteristics, etc.
Use as needed, avoid taking persistently for more than 3-4 weeks.
