Nature leads Reial's way!

My love for nature and medicinal plants began in childhood - summers spent in the countryside with my grandmother’s ancient wisdom. Working with healing herbs and living in harmony with nature was simply part of daily life. From there grew a deep respect for the natural world.

We treated illnesses mainly with plants, berries, and gifts from the forest and garden, always guided by folk wisdom. Prevention was our main approach: fresh air, movement, hands in the soil, walking barefoot to absorb the earth’s energy, wild strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, pure garden produce, and more. Weekly sauna rituals and refreshing river swims were also a natural part of life.

My motto is: “Only put on your skin what you would be willing to take inside your body.”

The need for natural body care products arose from a real situation at the time - while running a climbing centre where climbers constantly struggled with damaged, rough hands, I had to find a solution. I also realised that store-bought products didn’t deliver results and were mostly synthetic. Through research I learned more about ingredients and discovered that not all substances are skin-friendly; many actually cause dryness, disrupt hormonal balance, clog pores, and more.

The products I create are entirely handmade - I go into forests and meadows to gather plants myself, or source them from small family farms. They are authentic and natural; a plant is most powerful where it grows in its natural environment. I harvest only when I feel the plant’s “call,” always with intention and a small prayer, before picking, I ask which plants wish to help and support people. I finish every harvest with gratitude, taking only what is needed and without harming the plants or trees (for example, when collecting resin).

I always test products on myself first (I have thin and sensitive skin), listen to feedback from others, and observe what experienced herbalists with decades of practice do.

It is important to me to keep ecological impact as small as possible - I produce almost without waste and use minimal packaging. I sort my garbage, use natural products myself, and live a healthy lifestyle.

I enjoy meditating, reflecting, being in nature, dancing, laughing, and simply being.
